Description
Salary Currency: Tanzanian Shilling
We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinker. Someone creative and collaborative, an excellent networker and relationship builder, and with a desire to do things differently. You will be motivated to try new approaches, test and reflect, document learning and facilitate conversations. You will be working both independently and closely with a small group of partner organisations based in Tanzania and will have regular contact with our London based team.
Person Specification
  • Experience coordinating projects with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience building/maintaining productive partnerships
  • Understanding of what makes an organisation effective (experience of organisational capacity development is desirable)
  • Ability to work with remote colleagues to achieve results
  • A confident public speaker and networker
  • A critical thinker who strives for the best for people
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and can prioritise key tasks
  • Excellent English language skills (including written English)
  • Excellent Swahili language skills
  • Lived experience of disability or knowledge of disability issues (desirable)
  • Experience with research projects (desirable)
